    I did an online order with Aaron's paid what I was suppose to and my item was suppose to be delivered in three days. Now it has been two weeks and several calls and still haven't received what I paid on. Now another payment is due and will come out of my account and still no item. My daughter called them because her name is also on there and they said they called and no one answered. Well the call came from a private unknown number. What business are they running that they call private when no one picks up private calls.

    I lost my job a month ago and struggling to make a payment and they refuse to work with me. I caught up with one payment and paid 9.99 extra for Aaron's club to get help if I needed it and now they are saying i dont have it on my account after I signed up when I started my account I've had a deferment on a previous account so I don't understand why now I can't have one after making payments ON TIME for a year

    I dealt with Aaron's back in Arizona, no issues. Move here to ok and have to deal with this store got 3 items 3 different times, 4 including AZ. I paid 3 things off early got a 4th and been having hard times but been paying it taken me the entire lease to do so. One lady changed my due date from the 10th to the first over the phone because she called the 2nd and I told her I'm not due til the 10th she said oh I just changed it right now so your late if you can't pay today we are coming tomorrow to take furniture. I called to speak to manager that day and they said to pay the 10th but since then been blowing me up every 2nd of every month and now manager says my due date was never changed its always been the first. I have the lease to prove it he asked me to bring that in. UH EXCUSE ME you should have a copy of that. I only have 5 more payments left and they are more harassing than ever. I know I'm late but also saying when I will have the payment and they argue with you, say they will document it and continue to call every single day like something is going to change. Apparently they don't document any conversations.
