When you go to Office Depot and you ask them to complete a basic copy job just know you won't get it when they tell you it will be ready. If you want to be frustrated and not receive your copy job for 2 days past when they say they will have it ready please shop here. Next time go to Staples if you want to actually get your copy job done.

Buyer beware! Recently came here to buy myself stuff for school next year and some school supplies for my nieces, as I see that they are closing and supposedly have good discounts. Well, be so aware that although they have discounts at the moment, the prices on some things easily found elsewhere, like crayola, are jacked up so high that even with a "discount" the prices are higher than in other places, including Target! I wanted to buy a display item, a hole puncher, and asked for an extra discount because it was the display and not brand new. Well the manager, or idk what he was, sternly said absolutely not, its the same price as new ones. Well I reluctantly still bought it because it was a nice brand and useful, but wow, they don't have to be so snooty towards others. I thought they wanted to get rid of stuff? Also, they have a sign that they don't price match or do any of their online deals because of their "hefty" discounts. I asked about it anyways because their own website online has better prices for the same items. Just be aware and check the prices with discounts as you shop while they are closing down. The manager is super rude and I even think the workers are not ecstatic going to him. Ewh.

Everything is jacked up in price even though the store is "closing". No wonder nobody shops there any more. They think most consumers are stupid. Two pencils for $4.99? It's ridiculous. Nobody needs businesses like this anywhere in the world. Bye bye.

I will no longer do my companies business copy and other orders here. Horrible customer service and orders aren't ready when they should be. This store needs Customer Service 101 training desperately!!
