My son paid Justin Lowe $600 to defend him in a traffic ticket and he did not show up to court once. My son has had to represent himself in this matter since Mr Lowe stopped responding. Apparently his name has become synonymous with this type of behavior reading the reactions in the courtroom when asked who my sons attorney was.
