I was facing 5 years in prison for a second DUI charge brought against me while I was still on probation for the first DUI charge. The first lawyer I called was going to charge me $10,000 and told me that my chances of going to jail were 50/50 from their viewpoint. Please if you are not white , dont hire this guy . He only cares about caucus clients . Not even the money is enough to stop this man . . I would like to be square and change my review but I need him to refund the amount of money he told he would first .

I'm grateful that Dustin Phillips did a great job at representing my case. I confronted a serious accusation without evidence and a DA that pretended not to see the evidence that my accuser was changing her version several times. Dustin exposed her lies and used her own words against her. Dustin also exposed that Durant PD did not investigated anything related to the case. My case got to a jury trial. At that moment I felt everything was against me. Dustin also understand that English was not my first language and took the time to understand my position in a society that accused me just by having a charge. I don't have more words but to say thank you Dustin. For all your help and hard work.
If you are wondering what language I speak? I speak Spanish but I can said that not matter what language, background, skin color, origins or country your from, Dustin will defend your case giving him your part and cooperation.
