I came in stressed out trying to switch my phone, Angelica absolutely 100% helped me and figured everything out, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I switched from Boost Mobile to Cricket and it has been a freaking nightmare dealing with the employees that don't have a clue as to how run a business. First of all I have been to three different locations in order to get my information transferred from my old IPhone 7 to an IPhone 11 and I still haven't got my text messages added to the IPhone 11. It has been a full week of driving from one store to other because the first store I went to didn't have the IPhome 11 in stock so they sent me to the store that did have one. That turned out to be b.s. The employee told me that another store several miles away had one in stock. So I pay for the phone and service and then go the 3rd store. I go to pickup the phone and that store is closed!  I finally got my phone the next day (had to take off work early)and after transferring info, I didn't have any of my photos or text messages. The next day, after 2 1/2 hrs of downloading,( I don't have that many photos)I finally got my photos but no text messages. To this day still no text messages,which are critical for my work! The worst experience ever, Cricket needs to hire people with the proper skills and training. I would not recommend Cricket in this area to anyone based on my ongoing frustration with the way in which they are handling a new customer. Stores that I'm talking about are on NW 23rd St, NW 10th St and May and SW 44 and May in Oklahoma City.

Angelica is the best "multi-tasker" I've EVER seen . She was working with 4 people at one time at the the NW 23rd St store. She never missed a beat and everybody received satisfactory service . We all left happy keep Angelica at this store . She's amazing
