        Rosa is absolutely amazing!! She was able to help me when the 12th street manager apparently couldn't. Rosa was polite and talked to me like I was a human and didn't get off the phone with me until I had ALL the information I needed. This woman deserves a raise! I will ALWAYS do my business with her at the Broadway store. Rosa thank you for caring UPDATE... Went to see Rosa today and she was able to help my son with his exchange when 12th st location refused. Once again she was absolutely amazing and actually cares for her customers. I would give her a million stars if i could. I'm telling you if you need anything go talk to Rosa. She's a manager that actually cares! Thank you for everything Rosa.
