The guy at the front desk was very confusing when we were trying to figure out why we couldn't buy 2 hours at a certain time and the bathrooms were dirty.

Pro shop Anthony was awesome...people at the counter were awesome...negative points.. lanes were not oiled they were completely dry...game scores kept messing up, pins falling over after they were set, pins not being lined up right..missing pins on reset after each ball. Balls damaged.. EVEN NEW BALLS scuffed and gouged.. waiting on people to get the pins because they were half way up the lane spent more time fighting the score board and pins then I did bowling...I just started throwing the ball because it did not matter at that point..not registering strikes or given credits for pins not even there.....literally had to do a setter reset after every ball bowled

Had a lot of trouble with the lanes but the people moved us and helped us the whole time but it was so much we almost just said can we just leave
