Staff was super friendly and helped us upgrade our old cards to new ones, the games all worked and the food was excellent. Cost for playing for 2 hours + lunch was ~$60 a person, though, so take that into consideration. Would recommend.

I arrive for the interview on time. A staff member walked back and forth passed me several times but never acknowledged or greeted me. The staff member seated the guests in line in front of me, passed by me a couple more times, still not greeting me, until I called for her to come help me and explained I was scheduled for an interview. She seated me and brought me a form to fill out. I filled in the requested information on the front page and began reading the other 3 pages. The other pages, according to the instructions, were to be completed by the interviewer so I only read them to familiarize myself with the content as they were interview questions for staff to ask of the interviewee. A different staff member come to.my table twice to check on my progress as I had yet to finish reading the pages. Upon his third approach the staff member asked if I had completed all of the pages then explained to me that I was supposed to answer the interview questions by myself but only certain ones of them then showed me which ones applied. I did as instructed. Afterwards I was informed that the manager wasn't even there to interview me, said they would be in the next day but that I didn't need to come back or call that they had my information and would contact me. It was a full 20min I sat there before I was given instructions on filling out the forms. I got the impression from staff that i seemed to be an inconvenience for them and they seemed irritated that I was there so long which I would have been done much quicker had I been given proper instruction. They made me feel like they thought I was an idiot. I was never welcomed to the store nor thanked for coming in only scrutinized and shown out of the business.

Thank you for contacting me regarding my review. I had a great time with my family during our visit, which is why I gave a 4-star rating. However, I find the prices for the games to be quite high, particularly in today's economic situation. If there were more affordable options available, I would certainly be inclined to give a 5-star rating. Nonetheless, I want to express my gratitude for your service and assure you that I will remember your establishment in the future, particularly if there are any changes made to the pricing structure.
