Whoever was working 3/6/24, 3:47 pm and answered my phonecall failed to give correct information about when I can choose to go in and bowl. This person told me to get there before 5:20pm so I can get a better price allegedly 4.99 per game/person 5.99 per shoes. I drove 1hr and a half for the cashier/another worker who was laughing because I was upset / manager who then come to tell me the same thing about a lead that fills up their lanes. Waste of time and disrespectful customer service from the entire team I dealt with. Do not recommend at all. Collin was the manager and Kadeisha was the one that seem to thin it was funny.
