        I had an appointment on Tuesday morning with Brandon's plumbing. Had a gas leak at a house I was closing the sale on Friday, same week. Brandon's guy didn't show up for work that day and I was SOL. I called 10 plumbers before I called Jay at S&S. He worked me into his schedule and found the location of the leak and I closed on the house as scheduled. S&S is the only plumber I will call in the future.
