It was a great experience from the beginning to the end. I called a different company and they didnt call me back until way into the next day. I called Scissortail Septic and they answered their phone and came out same day. The service man was very professional and did a great job. Will definitely call them again when we need them. Highly recommend them.

Scissortail did a fantastic job taking care of our septic needs. They were great at communicating changes to their schedule due to weather and notified us 2 hrs before arrival and then 15 minutes before arriving. They were very respectful of the property, taking extra care not to damage the lawn. They located and dug our abnormally deep tank and installed a riser for easy access in the future. They also treated our lateral lines to avoid any future issues. I would 100% recommend them for anyone needing septic work done. 10/10
