        They need to retrain their managers. Awful customer service at this location. The head manager would of cost me money if I didnt realize that he wasnt doing his job and went to another location.

        Wonderful staff! As I read below about issues with check holds...well this is a standard banking practice anywhere you go when a check is a large amount. I've banked with Bancfirst for over 15 years and have done multiple loans; car, mortgage etc. The Mustang branch is top notch. You City Slickers best quit getting your panties in a bunch.
