The people at this location were nice when I opened up an account here. The problem I am having is I use the app every week to deposit my check from work and the 3rd check I deposited was held back for a couple of weeks and I asked them about it and they said with it being a new account that's why... I guess it made sense, but I'm not sure why they didn't just hold back the first check I deposited. Fast forward a couple of months and I deposited through the app a $50 Christmas bonus and my weekly check on December 23rd and the $50 check went through on December 26th and the other check said was deposited on December 30th, but then I got mail saying it would be held back until January 17th so between the 30th and the 17th they charged me everytime I spent my money even though it said it went through on the app. I messaged in app and they said they could reverse some of those charges and that was their mistake, but they wouldn't reverse all the charges and they held back the check because it was a new account (yet the mail I received said the check didn't go through due to funds yet miraculously they took the money out of my bosses account when I deposited it). At what point will my checks be not held back randomly for a few weeks and not be given different excuses as to why?! I've never had checks be held back for that amount of time, so it doesn't make sense, and no one seems to give me the same answer. With all the miscommunication, I am seriously rethinking banking here.... Checks should never just be in limbo and held hostage after going through and shouldn't take more than a 3 business days to be deposited.

Went to True Sky in Mustang and was helped beyond my expectations. This location is very helpful and answered all my questions with helping me gain knowledge on what I needed to do in order to build credit and help me get a loan. If you go in and need help ask for Amanda. She was very helpful and insightful. I couldnt get approval for a loan but she went out of her way to find an alternative to make it work and make sure I was taken care of.
