        The lady with the low hair cut which is a manger and the with the piercings is a manger as well the one with the lower hair cut she threw food at my older auntie all cause she wanted her order right and complete this is a horrible location and the both need to be fired

        Jessica in the drive thru is super rude. Threw someone's order at me after I just told her at the call box I had an app order for Kimberly but at the window threw someone's order in my car and slammed the window shut. I sat there and she said thats all she had so I pulled up the receipt and showed her she said they don't deal with dash orders I said it's not dash it's an app order from the Wendy's app. She wouldn't listen she got rude I asked to speak to the manager she refused told me to get out of her window. I have a sick toddler in the back seat we just want our food and to get home asap. I park and go inside standing way back so I can watch my car bc my toddler is in there and the manager is refusing to come away from drive thru queen to try to find a resolution. Jessica in the drive thru is yelling at me will not let me speak with "Patches" the manager who's face had about 10 piercings in it btw. Jessica is threatening me trying to come over the counter co workers are pulling her back. I'm just trying to get my food. Another employee says the only order is right there and he pointed in the lobby, my food was sitting in the lobby for anyone to do as they please. I ordered in the app and I have the receipt to prove it, they messed up and made it out all to be my fault. Also nobody was in work attire, everyone was in normal clothes, jewelry all over, fake nails, hair all a mess, this place is a total disaster.
