Budget Car Rental

Don't rent someone else a vehicle, they won't be able to pick up the rental unless they have the card you used with them physically and it's 150$ to cancel a reservation.

Prepaid for a rental just to waste time to go get it n get told they run a credit check wen u go pick up the vehicle and the female worker at the Midwest City Oklahoma location on 11/2/2022 @ 4pm was very rude n disrespectful with an attitude from hell while she told me "I'm not renting to u cyz u dint pas the credit check so now u can call the 800 number n fight with them for a refund." Will never rent from this location again n I've rented 3 different times before but nevr again!!

Do not book with MWC location. Vehicle was filthy inside and out. Chocolate stuck to steering wheel, stuck on tape on window, car shaking when accelerating, dents/dings and scratches and on and on. With Covid still being passed, there were no cleaning protocols. I pointed out all the the dents and the worker just blew it off. I called up there after I left and wasnt offered anything. Pathetic. You pay for a nice vehicle to travel in and you get this. As much as things are these days, not a dime can be wasted but this for sure was wasted!
