        Terrible customer service. Didn’t even know I had their truck. Lady on the phone today 5/4 that answered at 1:17pm was extremely displeasurable and rude. HUNG UP ON ME. 0 listening skills. Spelled my first and last name several times and she kept entering my first name as the last. “BUDGET you get what you pay for”

        I got the run around on the fees, the website says you can pay cash for the deposit and when I get there they said they can't so I had to run to the bank & deposit the money 15 minutes before they closed, rented a dolly that was broken and is now getting the run around on a refund for the broken equpiment and the truck I had leaked water inside the cab from rain which someone stuck napkins in the roof to hide it & it ruined my clothes that was in the cab with me. Never will rent anything from this company ever again.
