        Blonde woman at front desk is extremely rude and incompetent! Speaks to people like they are stupid when she is the one that dosent know what shes talking about. My sons glasses broke so we went into the office to get his replacement pair as he is on soonercare and is eligible for a replacement pair. The woman told me they didnt have the exact pair of glasses he had so i would have to take them back to where i got them. I got them there. I told her he can get a completely new pair of glasses and she tried telling me thats not how it works. So we came to the cache location and guess what we just ordered his replacement pair! I will not go back to that office as l9ng as that woman is there. I will be switching my doctor to the cache location
