Teresa was absolutely amazing. First time dealing with getting on a new line/service plan and she was amazing. Easily and quickly walked me through everything.

I have to say we where far happier when we were not being sold out. Half the time I cannot get my data connection to work in places that it did before.

Yes you do get a free phone. But it's a cheap one. And yes you get a tablet but you have to pay for it it's not free.
