    I had an appointment for 1pm and arrived an hour early because I was running ahead of schedule. I was prepared to wait so I was surprised that they had me ready to go in about 30 minutes. While I was there I was able to watch how they treated other customers as they came into the store. The Firestone employees were very polite and professional to everyone.

    I've been using the 164th & Western location since it opened. They have always done the work in a timely, efficient manner. One thing I really like is that they don't try to upsell me or add the "you really should do this" when it's not necessary.

    I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Firestone. After booking an inspection online, I called to explain that I needed a quick inspection due to work commitments. Shockingly, the person on the phone not only refused to accommodate but went so far as to threaten reporting me to the police if I didn't agree to immediate repairs. This tactic is not just unprofessional; it's downright unethical. No one should feel coerced into paying for services out of fear. Needless to say, I will never return to Firestone, and I'll make sure to warn my friends and family about this unacceptable behavior.

    New to Edmond and was looking for a place to take my cars to get regular maintenance on. Came here thinking I was getting a basic oil change. Walked out paying 150.00. Made an appointment for an oil change. Pulled in the parking lot on time. I asked to get a regular oil change. I did most of the work with my already booked appointment. He asked my name, signed me in and took my keys. Told me it would be 1 1/2 hour to 2 hour wait . I guess Ill have to wait. Comes to me about 1 hour of waiting says my filter is dirty do I want to pay to replace it. Decline cause just here for an oil change. Few minutes pass. Your dipstick is broken. We can replace it for 35 bucks. Decline cause Im just here for an oil change. Few minutes pass. Same guy comes back and says unfortunately we cant do the oil change since its a liability without replacing your dipstick. Now why would you ASK me the first time around as if its an option to then come back after Ive waited for 1 1/2 hours for an oil change to say its a requirement Im bothered at this point cause you wasting my time and it feels like you trying to take advantage of this opportunity because Im a woman to get over on me. He can tell Im irritated and send the manager to speak to me.Saying the same thing! My oil change has been changed before this with the same dipstick. Now its hindering yall from doing an oil change, OK!!! I get the oil change. Get to the counter. Aaron rings me out. The whole time I been waiting its been the same guy upfront but when its time for me to ring out its a totally different guy. $149.00. I have a 2010 ford edge why is a dipstick and oil change 149.00?!?! Mind you they are running a special for 29.99 oil change that I didnt have a clue about till I posted it online. The guy who initially signed me in gave me a basic oil change with Premium oil. Oh, and the cost of the dipstick. But they thought they were doing something with a $15 buck discount for inconvenience. I wouldnt advise it nor would I be back. Professionalism and service was terrible. Ive never been handled this way and I dont appreciate it. This was really unnecessary.
