Father came in a few weeks ago to get an oil change for my moms mini cooper. Nobody appeared to know how to even open the hood. Once they finally figured that out, something wasnt sealed properly and there is a missing plug so we had oil dripping across the place. Also $120 for an oil change thats $90 everywhere else is ridiculous, we only went there because we were short on time.
