called on november 19 to schedule a heater tuneup all seemed ok. till the tech came out, went up in my attic and came down really fast, he told me my heater was working, and it would be 89.00. he had not been told to do a heater tuneup and that price was 79.00. i told him i had scheduled a tuneup and price i was told was 79.00. he called office, then went back up attic and said he did tuneup. too much mis communication. will never use again

Skyler & Colt went above and beyond for this installation. I was impressed with their professionalism. However, I believe this company happens to be snowed over by their partner Advantage Alliance out of Texas. I thought I was financing $7500.00 Now they want me to believe I owe them $32k for LEASING the "A" coil, furnace and outside compressor over the next 12years. Meaning I am unable to claim OG&E or IRS credit for being economical. Total money racket. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!

I have been using Triple Play for years. They are absolutely wonderful. In addition to great, reliable, speedy and honest service, they have absolutely awesome people that work for them! We have used Triple Play for over a year and with each service their technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent. Today my units were winterized by Chad, who also thoroughly cleaned my units fan and condenser. He explained services that can help me extend the lifetime of my units but didn't high pressure me. Rather he rationalized which services I could prioritize to fit my budget. I will continue to work with this excellent company and welcome Chad back again for future services for his hard work and politeness.
