      image The hotel itself was nice. We checked in our rooms, which should have been 1king and a double. We were giving 2 doubles. My husband went down and the issue was corrected. However my card was charged multiple times. I spoke with the front desk I was assured the charges would be removed. Upon making it home I checked my card balance and to my surprise there were more charges. I spoke with a manager Courtney which stated he was going to call me back however Im still waiting. He was the o NLT person at the front desk so he would call me back never happened. The hotel was fine but I wont be staying again because the manager was not concerned about the issue.
