We could not have asked for a better experience building our custom home with Lorenz-Heritage Homes. Robby and Chris Lorenz were very attentive to our needs and wants in a house to fit our family. They were on-site and in contact with us on a regular basis. We were always aware of what was going during the building process and they made our building experience as stress-free as possible. 10/10 recommend!!!!

We purchased our home in 2018 from LHH right before they started hanging drywall. Robby and Chris worked with us on every remaining detail and were great to deal with through the entire process. Very pleased with the end product.

Working with Robby and Chris was extremely easy. We looked at many, many builders and nobody ever seemed to compete with the quality. Now, you can find less expensive builders but you know the saying- you what you pay for. We have been in our custom home for almost 5 years. By far the best finish out Ive ever seen, from the solid wood doors, the quality craftsmanship and the willingness to make our imagination come to life in the form of our home. My question isnt if Id use Heritage Homes again its really when am I ready for my next dream home. 5-Stars all the way.

My best friend moved from LA back to Oklahoma to accept a teaching position at OCU and be near to her parents. I personally assisted her with shopping for homes in the Edmond area. She paid a premium price, well above listing, for a brand new house. Unfortunately, the new home has several unexpected and unacceptable construction problems such as several major cracks in the concrete driveways, leakage in the windows, bubbling in the paint on the custom cabinetry, and several other issues. These problems have been on-going since August 2019. Several requests made to these builders to address these problems and concerns have gone unanswered and remain unresolved. If you're looking for a new home builder in the Edmond or OKC area, I highly suggest you look at other builders.
