        Homes are super expensive. These new builds are not offering enough square footage for the price and homes look flimsy.

        DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS GUY!!! Foundation issues, cracks everywhere, tub leaks, just an absolutely terrible builder!!! Run far away if considering buying a home from him!! Contractors and crew suck and are cheap!!
