Great company. We had our shelter put in June 2021 and they did such a great job. They were quick, efficient, and great on communication. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everywhere for their storm shelter needs!

Rory is professional and great to work with. He worked to get shelter in prior to final earthwork at my new house build.

We bought this tornado shelter in 2015. June 3rd 2023 I emailed EF5 regarding water leaking inside the tornado shelter. Over 1 week ago Brian barely made contact with a welder (I have not heard from the welder). I emailed Brian to tell him I havent heard from the welder, he has not replied to my emails. I have to vacuum the water once a week, it has rust and smells. Its very disappointing when they offer 10 year warranty and take your money but are NOT professional to get things fixed. Theyre the ones offering this warranty, Im not asking for anything more than to get it fixed so I can feel safe with my kids if we were to need it.

From beginning to end was a great experience. Debbie our sales lady was a gem. Brian stayed in contact with us until the day of install. Installers arrived a bit early, were professionals and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Love the ease of the door opener, Id rate it 10 if possible.

Being from wyoming my wife wanted a shelter. After trying to get ahold of a few other companies with no luck on even getting an answer back i saw their logo and looked them up. The owner came out on a weekend to meet us and discuss shelters which was above and beyond. Than we got out shelter installed way before we expected due to the metal shortage. The installers were very professional and left the garage in better shape than I expected. Well deserved 5 stars and highly recommended!!!!
