Our daughter has problems with leaking windows on a house less than a year old.  In the last4 months, they have refused to fix it.  Now, they are dealing with mold.

Word of warning to this considering Neal McGee Homes LLC and current owners: My spouse and I purchased a new construction house on July 20, 2020 from Neal McGee LLC which included a 1 year warranty. Within the 1 year warranty, the house developed a leak attributable to improper and incorrect installation including lack of adequate weather proofing of a second floor window which the business initially acknowledged and has failed to properly resolve the issue for the last 5 months despite more than a dozen visits and multiple tubes of caulking (i kid not). The ongoing water leakage has led to more extensive damages with concerns of subsequent mold damage. I requested the company fully evaluate these concerns but but they declined to do so therefore I obtained independent inspections which confirm the inadequate repairs and resultant damages including levels of mold that place my family and I's health at risk. I have requested expedited assistance from the company but they remain slow to respond, if at all, and have not offered any further assistance at this time. I recommend that anyone considering a home from Neal McGee Homes reconsider it or who already bought one to heavily scrutinize their property for similar issues.
