This roofing company is the Jack of all trades highly professional, high quality work, great communications skills with their clients and also well rounded people and workers. The Forman I spoke with Carson was very informative and really helped me break it down from a fundamental stand point. His politeness and kindness truly stood out as well as the overall project. This was great experience for my family and it will always be my first suggestion to friends and family.

Basically the unicorn of roofing companies. Highly professional, prompt, courteous, great to work with, and outstanding customer service that is second to none. However, unlike unicorns, Max Roofing actually exists. They may not leave a trail of rainbow glitter everywhere they go, but instead happy, very satisfied customers. We had them replace our roof almost four years ago. They made the entire process stress free and went above and beyond what was required to make sure we were happy with our experience. Well, we were happy enough back then that I immediately referred my mother to them because she was also in need of a new roof, but had been having a difficult time trying to get her insurance company to cover the entire claim. They went back and forth with insurance several times until they had not only gotten the entire roof paid for but they were also able to get some things approved that she wasn't aware of needing replaced. Today, we called Maxx Roofing to see about getting a couple loose shingles fixed. Even though we were nearly a year past the 3-year warranty on workmanship, they came out the same day and fixed the shingles for no charge. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE SERVICE/BROKEN PROMISES/TALKS A GOOD GAME BUT IS NOTHING NEAR A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!!! I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the services promised but not delivered by your company Maxx Roofing, specifically related to our roofing replacement. My experience with Max Roofing and its owner, Jared Shelton, has been extremely disappointing, to say the least. On August 14th 2023, Mr. Shelton visited our property to survey our roof and quote damages. During this visit, he assured us that he would have a drone scheduled and dispatched for an aerial survey of our roof, and he would also take the initiative to contact our insurance adjuster, Tammy Moore, to initiate the claims process. We were relieved and impressed with his commitment to professionalism and efficiency at that time. However, it has been 3 weeks and 4 days since this initial meeting, and the promised actions have not been carried out. To make matters worse, Our claims adjuster Ms. Moore informed us that she has not received any communication from Max Roofing or Mr. Shelton regarding the inspection roofing repair and the cost involved to replace the damages. This lack of follow-through is not only unprofessional and some of the worst customer service we've seen, but it also leaves us in a state of uncertainty and frustration. We have been left completely in the dark, with no updates, no price quote, no communication, and it feels as though Max Roofing has vanished from the face of the Earth. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill promises has put having our roof repaired in jeopardy and has left us questioning the integrity and reliability of Maxx Roofing. I also chose not to shop at other companies because they were personable, not out to take advantage of customers, and they had a good story, However that all was smoking mirrors and I should have shopped at other companies regardless if I was trying to support our local companies. Your company's failure to address our concerns promptly and effectively left us with no choice but to seek alternative roofing solutions. We believe in giving businesses an opportunity to correct their mistakes, but in this case that will not be possible and not only that we will be leaving an unsatisfactory review about your company Maxx Roofing. I truly hope that no one else has to be treated this way or promised everything under the sun knowing that there is no intention to follow through. Service: Roof inspection

Mid June, we all experienced devastating storms that caused damage and loss of electricity. Afterwards, June 21st my 86 year Father experienced a fall that required an ER visit and hospital stay. In efforts to regain his mobility, he was admitted to short-term nursing for rehabilitation. Our roof needed a complete replacement. After deliberation, we chose Mr. Shelton. He is super professional, kind, communicative, man of his word, down to Earth, respectful, kind and a God-fearing man. He came to my Father's Nursing Home and explained his business. My Father was in agreement with going with his company. He prayed over my Father. That meant the world to me! The process of getting the job done was amazing. Mr. Shelton went over and beyond. He noticed something in our backyard needed a fix. He just handled it to help me in this most stressful time. Praise God, my Father is back home. The roof is simply amazing.
