Lane was extremely rude and did not care that I was dropping my child off when he called. He explained to me that I had no clue what I was talking about even though I had already done it before. Other siding companies have better prices and better service.

RRR came out for a roof inspection at my request in order to update my ventilation. The roof was in pretty bad shape and really needed to be completely replaced. Mark came out and by no means tried to sell a roof replacement, but after investigating the options and long term investment I decided to proceed with a full roof replacement. Andrew and his team did a fantastic job and the home really looks new - plus we finally have adequate ventilation. I highly recommend.

Red River Roofing was a company that I previously recommended to everyone for their roofing needs but I cannot say the same any longer. Their Tulsa office has closed and as a result we no longer receive the same level of service that we used to receive from this company. August 23rd I tried to contact their office regarding a roof leak at a property they installed a roof on last summer. This property is still under warranty. When I tried to call the Tulsa number wouldn't ring through and this is how I found out that the Tulsa office was no longer in business despite still being listed on their website. So I spoke with Heather regarding the leak and sent over all of the requested information only to be informed that no one could get out to the property until the following week on Monday since they no longer have reps located in Tulsa. There was rain in the forecast that weekend and as a result I had to have another company tarp it until they could inspect the roof. That Monday I attempted to follow up only to be informed it had not actually been scheduled and someone would be out on Wednesday. I have made multiple attempts to follow up on if the leak was addressed and if so what the issue was but I keep getting put off and told the rep will contact me but the girl answering the phones can't give me any additional information. When I asked for the managers name and email I was told they don't give that information out but by the end of my last call I was given the email and was told AGAIN that the guy who went out would contact me. I emailed the manager and did not hear back. I have many homes with roofs done by this company and I have absolutely no faith that in the event there are any problems that Red River will come through and actually address problems that arise during the warranty period. I wonder how long it will be before the OKC office goes out of business just as the Tulsa office has. Take your business to a company that you know will be around when you need assistance especially when you are investing thousands of dollars into your roof.
