      image Tried to make a reservation for our dog who we thought loved top dog ranch only to be denied our reservation because he was high anxiety. When we picked up our dog from our last trip they told us he was anxious the first day and then warmed up! We got nothing but great report cards and pictures. This was so shocking to hear 9 months later that our dog was miserable? Not sure what to believe. They are either lying now and lied then, either way they arent truthful!

      We completely understand your frustration & we apologize for the confusion.Bullet was very anxious when he first came to stay with us, but towards the end of his stay, our Canine Care team was able to pick him up to remove him from his kennel & on his last day he even approached one of our team members.He wasn't miserable, but he was nervous & didn't want to be handled, which is important in case we should need to touch or pick him up for any reason. Going against his "will" would add undo stress to him so we didn't push him.Our biggest concern & the reason we declined his stay this time is that it did take some time before he was comfortable enough to be touched. He is also a senior citizen which can make them more susceptible to stressors, and since his only visit with us took place about 9 months ago, it would be like starting over with strangers for him.There is a local business that specializes in senior dogs that we thought he might be more comfortable at, please feel free to reach out at any time and we will be happy to provide that information to you.

      image They did not share details from my dogs stay with them until I tried to book again. I thought my dog had an enjoyable experience there and now they are saying that was not the case. I have no idea why they would share this feedback almost 9 months later. I would not trust any place like this with an animal if they can't be forthcoming about information in the moment.

      image All the staff were super helpful and kind! My dog can get nervous easily but I could tell when I picked her up she started to really feel comfortable and love the people there!
      **update: we moved and I still havent found a place as amazing as this! It was so great to have Grace go to a single place for both grooming and day care and know she was treated so well!!**
