        I've had them for my car insurance for years and they got me a good rate which is good, but when I tried getting home owners insurance they didn't seem to know whay they were doing, said they would get back to me and never did. It's now 9:10am and I can't reach them by phone. Drove to the office and it's closed and there are no hours posted. Not very helpful.

        Very helpful and friendly. Caroline and Nina got insurance coverage for me when I couldn't get anyone else to help me. My Grandma has had insurance with them for years. My mom did too. They even have my grandma's paintings on the wall and for everyone to see. They are just great people.
