        Liberty Mutual let me down yesterday while I sat at the car dealership waiting on an evidence page. After four phone calls I finally got Ty Douglas who was able to sort out the issue and get my paperwork to me in a jiffy. If it wasnt for her this would not be a 5-star review.

        This is the worst company to deal with during a accident.. They are not my insurance company. They are the nightmare company I have to deal with for a claim from the policy holder who hit me. They don't want to fix your vehicle back to the original working order before said accident. They leave you stranded by telling you to return rental while your car is stuck in a shop not able to drive it. To the point you need to get a attorney. The accident was not my fault the policy holder stated he was texting and driving. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them.
