My daughter was sideswiped by a truck when moving to Bartlesville, OK. I looked at the reviews of the various body shops, got estimates and we chose Coachworks. We could not have had a better experience. The estimates from all of the body shops were significant and Coachworks was in the middle of the pack, but all were more than the car was worth. We loved the car and decided to fix it anyway. Again, a good choice. During the repair Ty and AJ called and said that the damage might actually be easier to fix than they had initially thought. Good news! Other things: They picked my daughter up when needed and drove her home. They also let her drive the car when they were mostly done, but were still waiting on a few parts to finish the project. When we noticed a squeak in the bearings, they arranged for another business to fix it. Since it turned out to be a small repair, they didnt charge us. A mirror fell off, unrelated to the accident, and they just put it back together. Finally, we got the bill, and it was less than half of the quote. I had to check if it was accurate, and they told me it was based on the number of hours worked. Think about thisI would have had no idea whether they worked on it less than we anticipated, but these guys did the right thing anyway. Honest business, super helpful, easy to do business with. Ty and AJ are great to work with!
