Doenges Ford Doenges Family of Autos Collision Center where they leave your lights on overnight and then tell you that you need to buy a new battery. Just asked for Dwayne. Apparently he's great with radios too. Had wreck in January, sent initial photos to insurance and Dwayne showing radio damage on screen. For 3 months I was told by Dwayne "radio is fine". I get to pick up car in May, right door handle is loose, windshield wiper fluid doesn't work and more importantly, it doesn't start. Dwayne makes excuse after excuse in the moment telling me that oh the guys must have left the lights on overnight and he goes to get his jumper. And he proceeded to jump start my car. I drive around for about an hour and a half. Try to start it again. Nope. Won't start. I call Dwayne back and they have to come pick it back up. I get told 2 days later that oh it's a bad battery and the insurance won't cover it and also they're working to see if the insurance will cover the radio. You know the radio that was initially brought to the insurance company and Dwayne's attention months prior. So now I have a car to pick up, that won't start, thanks to Dwayne and his team and I guess I need to go buy a battery and put it in myself in order to trust that it will be done by an actual professional and not a liar. I hit a deer n did some damage to my front bumper n headlight . Duane was our contact n he did an excellent job. He was extremely helpful and kind. Our car was repaired quickly and excellently. They even detailed our car n made it look brand new. We appreciate their excellence n highly recommend them. Thank you. Ben n patty ann Stroup
