Had a brand new all in one heat and air unit installed by Chuck several years back. It had the tiniest pinhole leak in the coil which was almost impossible to find. But Chuck stuck with it and once located installed a brand new coil. The warranty only covered the coil, But Chuck covered the whole thing.

We were referred to them by our original AC guy. They told us it would be 2 weeks and then 2 days after our initial call, they showed up unannounced right before 5pm. They said they would take a look and return the following morning to fix it. They no showed, no called. My brother followed up the same day and they did not respond. He then called the following Monday and they told him, "We won't be able to get there for a couple of weeks, call someone else." I understand there are months that are overwhelming for AC guys but their lack of consistency and communication wasn't professional. Don't leave someone hanging and continue changing the days u are gonna show without proper notification. If u say, "2 weeks", call if it changes. If u say, "in the morning we'll be there", either be there or call if u cannot be. When it's 80* plus outside and ur already without an AC for a few weeks, it can be irritating when the technician is inconsistent. Besides that, both men were decent in their manners towards us.

Chuck stopped by yesterday to make sure my system was working the way it is suppose to. Great people and service.
