Farris Heating & Air Conditioning

I have had to call Farris on three separate occasions due to heating issues and they have been very helpful and responsive. I also have to applaud them on their honesty as I called them with an emergency and was told that it would be holiday rate, but when the technician arrived he told me that it wasnt a holiday for them and it would be normal rate. He could have easily not said anything and charged me the holiday rate, but he didnt and for that I will always recommend Farris for your heating and air conditioning service.

We have used Farris Heat & Air several times and 100% recommend them. This year we had them do a more extensive job for us in a new addition, they made recommendations we didnt even think ofand so glad they did! We trust their employees to be in our home, which is so important when allowing contractors in and out of your home. Will use them every time!

I would 10/10 recommend Farris Heat and Air! The woman I spoke with on the phone talked kindly and explained what would possibly need done. Setup a time frame that the technician would come. They were there within the said time frame. My heater is working. PTL! Its nice and warm in my house! Thank you Farris Heat and Air!

Had them do a completely new two system install in a remodel a few years ago. Staff was efficient, very friendly and left the place spotless when finished. Staff have continued to check in on equipment performance and resolved any concerns immediately. Top notch outfit, would highly recommend.
