We bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from them and ever since then it hasnt been a great vehicle since it was purchase weve had to put it back in their shop multiple times because the vehicle goes into limp mode meaning that it wont go over 25 mph, they say its fixed then a few weeks late it happens again. We put back in shop after waiting months then to provide a rental since its my parents only means of transportation with my disabled brother who has cerebral palsy. Now they are wanting to say we need to pay them $500 for a possible fix even though it has warranty. They need to make this right. So please I am asking the community to come together and speak out against shady dealerships not standing behind their product.
