I called this company last year to get new furnace and air put in my house I was told they were 6 months out on the work and was to be put on a waiting list never heard no more from them before febrary of this year I called them as pilot light kept going out got their voice mail left messages 5 times never got call back from them so on Feb 2 I had to call ables to get this taken care of and so Seward never called me back I could have froze to death with all the cold weather we've had so I will not recommend Seward to no one they lost business from me they must not care about their business

I called to get service for a commercial property,but since I am not an existing customer, they would not come out or even offer to schedule an appointment, must not need any new business
