Excellent service! Had an emergency leak (2). Sarah worked with technician (Josh) and they were able to come and do the repairs ahead of a scheduled service repair. Josh had the work done in about 2 hours. Thanks so much! I hope that I never need repairs again, but if I do I know who to call for professionalism!

Please see the two visits in 5 days to understand my disappointment.
I was expecting (as was arranged ) the first visit after I came from work. My son ( who does not know the details of the leak , was at home when he decided to arrive early. As noted he ran the water filling the sink and did not find a leak and charged for the service and left. Since he did not know that the sink has not been used for 5 years and a while ago I noticed there was water pouring out to floor underneath and I shut off the water line underneath and obviously it was dried up at the time of the visit. So running the water .filling the sink would be of no use for diagnosis! If he cared to come on time or call me for the explanation, would be able to find and fix it. Instead my son paid him for the service.
Next day I opened the water line and leak started .Called them again, second person came back 5 days later and fixed the problem.
Due to my dissatisfaction for the first visit ( just like returning a defected or even disliked product for a refund) I contacted the company .
They indicated that he has called me since decided to come early but could not reach me ( this is possible since I do not carry my phone while seeing my patients) and told me that will not refund and I have the right to choose another company in the future.
Amount of the refund is not an issue but certainly their unprofessional ethics, customer relations is a big concern.
I would advise everybody to avoid working with this company

After contacting several other plumbers in the area and receiving zero callbacks, Thorne called back within minutes of my voicemail. Very professional communication which I truly appreciate. After determining my issue and showing me which replacement parts to order, my issue was taken care of in a timely manner. With many other services who leave a mess when done, Bob and his partner left my home just as it was before they arrived. I highly recommend Thorne!
