Many things were broken in room like half of electrical outlets. I put some food in mini refrigerator and it turned off in middle of the night. The sink plug was stuck and wont come up. The bathtub is so rough it cut my kids skin during bathing. Breakfast there are nothing, not even coffee, no pancake/waffle, and there are bread and English muffin but theyre rock hard and sitting for days. The place is stuck in the 90s to early 00s. The carafe in room is missing and the coffee in hallway is watery so I cant have coffee here. Honestly I am surprised the pool is still open and running in the kind of hotel this place is.

Outside door doesnt open even with key and key only work half of the time. Also the towels have poop stains on them and sinks dont drain right and it smells very musty in the rooms. The "hot" water isnt even hot and u turn it on and the water is still ice cold even after letting the water run for almost an hour and i wouldnt Recommend this hotel for anybody i know. And also the pool is suppose to be heated but the water is still ice cold and not very clean and the staff uses way to much Chlorine in the pool. The breakfast monday through friday is 6:30am to 9:30am and the staff closes breakfast before then and i went down a little before 9:30am and the breakfast room was already closed and plus under the beds isnt cleaned properly. The "heater/ac" unit in the rooms are very dusty. It gets so hot and stuffy in these rooms that you can barely breath in them.
