Stayed for two days was very relaxing did have some issues though. Housekeeping never came when I had requested. Shower was slimy I had to ask for cleaner and clean it myself. Then the last day we were sleeping because we packed up the night before planned on waking up 30 minutes before and leaving and house keeping was knocking on the door an hour before check out with an attitude asking if I was leaving I was like you just woke me up and they replied might wanna call the front desk then. Called the front desk got no answer to why their employees were at the door with an attitude waking me up. An hour before checkout

UPDATE: We booked rooms for March of THIS year, 2024, yet someone called TODAY Feb 22, in February 2024 to confirm our stay for Tomorrow and Saturday night. Why? No one ever personally calls like this a day ahead. Never in my life has a hotel done so. So why? To make us think we screwed up. So for this reason: We were purposely OUSTED out of our MARCH bookings so that this Home 2 location could get more money out of NEW bookings due to the wrestling tournament in Youngstown for that same weekend in March. This is unacceptable and underhanded. And a very disreputable way of doing business. We KNOW we booked rooms for MARCH of THIS YEAR. We did NOT book for February. Why did someone call us TODAY for an arrival tomorrow? NO hotel has EVER called us a day ahead to see if we were still coming. Our booking was for MARCH. This is total Bull S. They wanted our March rooms so they could get $100+ MORE per night for last minute bookers. You people suck. Period. Original post: March 2023: Unfortunately, severe wind storm, power outage. Elevators not working. Had to climb 3 flights of steps to our handicapped room. Why aren't they all on first floor!?! Only used one generator. So only half power in room. Luckily we took our showers before hot water was gone. Generator should be powering areas where the ELEVATORS ARE! No fridge, microwave, etc. No food whatsoever in morning, just hot coffee, yay! No area restaurants either. Lady in charge super nice, refunded our stay, even tho weather was at fault. Nicest handicapped room we've ever had anywhere. Will patronize elsewhere if traveling. UPDATE: Finally received the refund, a full month later after leaving a complaint update here. Thanks.
