Holiday Inn Youngstown-South (Boardman), an IHG Hotel

My husband and son have been going down weekly for the past month and have thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. Kristen always makes sure that they are looked after and it is a true home away from home for them.

We had dinner after being at a convention and there were 6 of us. we had a great dinner and drinks. our server was so nice funny and we had a great time. Her name was Lisa and we hope to have her again when we stop there. Thank you LC Food & drinks: We were there for dinner after an assemble. There were 6 of us and the service was so great, our server was Lisa 3003 what a nice time with her she was just fun. made our dinner fun also. Thanks

Stayed here for a state wrestling tournament. Room was extremely dirty. The curtains had a huge stain on them and were all shredded at the seams. Baseboards were dirty as well as the tv stand you could see the water and dirt stains. The walls had snot on them and a large red spot on ceiling. The bottom vanity shelf was not wiped down and you could see visible dirt. Everything was dusty the lamp shades, Kleenex box nightstand. Behind the beds looked like they havent been vacuumed in ages. Only one USB plug in the clock. Havent stayed at a hotel in years with out wall USB plugs. Pillow had an orange stain as did the towels. The bed was very uncomfortable and I had a spring in my back all night. I was throughly disgusted but since there were no other rooms as the hotel was booked we had no options. The pictures they display look nothing like the actual rooms and it is very dated. The one nice thing about this hotel was their pool although the hot tub was broken. Pool area was clean and the pool not too cold. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here. I have never stayed at such a nasty hotel.
