I just joined but I am very pleased so far! There was never a lot of people in there at one time so it was comfortable to work out freely on whatever machine you wanted.

Bob is such a genuine guy that really cares about the kids. Facility is exactly what it needs to be for training. Only knock, not big enough for a game.

The Trainer Howard is a nice guy and he definitely knows what he doing. He doesn't try to kill you but get you a sweat and help reach your goals.
