If you are looking for the best team for your mortgage, look no further than the Mario Cua team at NFM. We had the pleasure of working with Ryan Donovan as our Loan Officer, and got us prepped for the process, showing us multiple scenarios, and letting us know where the sweet spot was for purchase price, that way we would stay at a comfortable payment. He was available to answer questions, txtd us updates along the way, and even went the extra mile to reach out to the listing agent to make sure our offer was the strongest on the table. The team doesnt end there. Everything Ryan did to tee up a smooth process, Katie Hagerty came in for the walk off grand slam.
Katie was our Processor, If I had to describe her and her work in one word, it would be SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS. Many lifetimes ago, I was in the mortgage industry, and had the pleasure of working with many rockstar processors. None of them are even close to Katie. It would be like Michael Jordan against High schoolers. In the hundred plus mortgages I was a party to back then, I couldnt even imagine one moving as smoothly as what Katie did for us. She was on top of everything, sometimes before I could think of it.. seriously!! I am pretty sure she is psychic! One morning I thought of a question, and when I opened my email to ask her, there was the answer to my exact question, that Katie had sent 10 minutes earlier. She is the secret sauce that makes this team so good!

My husband and I are first time homebuyers. We used an NFM lending they were great from start to close and beyond that. We had no clue what we were doing and Chris really broke everything down and helped us understand. He was excellent at communicating in a timely manner which was really appreciated. They also have someone working weekends and after hours, so when we were looking at houses, we could call in and they were always super helpful. There was never a time we didn't feel supported. Towards the end of our process, Katie from NFM lending began to help with underwriting. She was amazing. She was great at introducing yourself being able jump in and help make my husband and I feel extremely comfortable and understanding with the underwriting process and closing . Chris and Katie were team players and excellent with communication not only with us, but with our realtor and team. Highly recommend!
