I have been banking here for years with no problems. Until the ATM ate my deposit and card. The bank wants no blame in the incident which is fine, but god forbid I panic and not state exactly how much money I deposited. I have never felt the trust shattered so quickly with a bank before. I navely trusted my bank to be able to figure out the exact deposit and put it back in my account. Fortunately, when I finally calmed down and really assessed my money I found an exact amount I had placed for deposit. Well that doesnt matter because they still tried to stiff me over part of my money saying it was because I didnt originally state the deposit amount. Im so frustrated and feel completely betrayed.
