Quite possibly the worst experience you could have at a car dealership. Saleswoman Kennedy was kind and helpful answering all questions I had about the vehicle. I then went on a test drive and really enjoyed the car. The good experience ended as soon as the test drive was over. I was asking questions about the pricing of the car just to have owner of the dealership come out and yell at me very unprofessional. When deciding I wanted to purchase the car despite the negativity, the finance manager tried to slip a warranty into the price without telling me while signing the final papers. Overall, shady tactics and scummy behavior. Do yourself a favor and never buy from here, even if local. Drive elsewhere.
Update in response: When I spoke with Kennedy, she was referring to the gentleman as the owner. Regardless, to correct what you said, I only asked if the dealership was willing to share at what price the vehicle was bought and what work had been done to it since purchase. I emphasized that if this wasnt something that could be answered, that was completely fine. I believe the manner in which it was asked was fully and completely appropriate. In reference to issues regarding title and tags, that was not the purpose of this review. That said, paperwork was not submitted on behalf of the dealership until over a month after purchase per your titling clerk, Jo. My issue with the handling of this was not necessarily the level of responsiveness, although it could have been better. I dont appreciate the backhandedness to your response. I think it certainly shows the lack of respect you have for customers. Beyond the negativity, I believe several of your employees displayed excellent customer service: Kennedy, Rick, and Jo. Unfortunately, it could not make up for all of the shortcomings.
