Today I contacted this agent to provide and receive information for a mutual customer. Once the mutual customer was verified my request was quickly and professionally handled. I received the requested information shortly thereafter which was great for myself and our mutual customer. Very efficient and polite, I would recommend.

Well, I should have taken my own advice sooner, but I'm switching to Progressive. The customer service at McCallum is non existent.  I asked for an interpretation of something in my policy. Same person I spoke with before who promised to call me back with an answer, did not, and instead emailed me a copy of my policy as the answer. That's not an answer, and it's insulting. Combine this with when I called last year about my insurance costs and they magically cut my car insurance costs in half while maintaining the same basic coverage, the message is this agency does not have its customers' backs. There is no service. Buyer beware.

Misha and her staff have been responsive and good in following up with my concerns that cannot be answered on initial call. Misha personally called me to follow up after a claim was filed to confirm that it was handled properly. Her staff will always provide answers to my questions or concerns in a timely manner. Had a rude Nationwide claims adjuster. After I mentioned it to Misha, she worked with the Claims Manager to have a new adjuster assigned. Would recommend her agency to others.
