We had two of their agents cold call at my dad’s apartment today. I know they were from this office because they left a brochure with one of the agents’ names on it. They claimed my dad had contacted them, looking for life insurance, though he later swore he’s never heard of them. I believe him, as he already has a policy. I explained he was sleeping inside, not feeling well after a day of chemo, while I’m struggling to hold back my very excited beagle. They proceed to bother me with more questions about what kind of cancer he has, has he filed with the state for Medicaid (he’s on Medicare), etc. I keep telling them I have no idea what’s going on, and I can’t get him up for this. I just found it intrusive and rude, after I made it clear now was not a good time to talk. I guess I should put a “no soliciting” sign on the door.

From start to finish, I was genuinely impressed by my experience working with Tom Maher. I had A LOT of questions and wanted to make sure I completely understood all of my options before making this important decision. I felt like we worked together to come up with the best plan for me and my family and at no point did I feel like I was being “sold” or pressured into making decision. Once we decided on the best plan for my family, the rest of the process was quick and easy and he communicated with me regularly to keep me in the loop. Tom masterfully turned what I thought was going to be another dreadful insurance buying experience into an enlightening and reassuring one. If you are looking for a genuinely caring and highly knowledgeable insurance agent, make sure you ask to work with Tom Maher!

RoseAnn was able to take care of setting me up on Medicare. I referred her to my neighbor and she saved her $600. Honest and responsive. You can’t ask for more.
