    ****In response to the owners false reply, the first time the fire dept did show up they did have levels of carbon monoxide and recommended we get a new room or leave until we could get a new room. That was with the doors open after we exited the building. The second time they came it took a bit longer but again the doors were wide open. My wife and I went to the hospital and the hospital found toxic levels of carbon monoxide in our bodies. The staff is aware and has stated this has been an ongoing issue ownership refuses to take care of. I have statements, documentation, and evidence to back everything up to such a bold face lie. This place should be shut down. THIS ENTIRE FACILITY IS LEAKING NATURAL GAS FROM THEIR FURNACES AT THE VALVES AND FIREPLACES. I HAVE PERMANENT TOXIC DAMAGE FROM CARBON MONOXIDE/DIOXIDE POISONING!! Plain and simply put, DO NOT STAY HERE!! The entire place is leaking gas due to all the units have furnaces which operate off natural gas. The gas is leaking from the units and piping especially when the heat is turned off. The staff did the best they could to accommodate us that actually works at the facility itself. Corporate office is incognito and would rather folks at large lives be at risk then fix the issue. This was first brought to their attention months ago when the Fire Dept came due to the alarm going off. All the Sonesta/WYNDHAM CORPORATION have done is close that room out for good and keep booking guests. Buildings 2, 10, 8 are confirmed to be leaking gas. The on the ground staff is forced to operate under a corporation that doesnt care about anyones lives but money. The staff is overworked and underpaid, however they are all good people doing the best they can, and are not apart of the problem. Fire Dept had to come to myself specifically TWICE due this issue. With a bit of grace this place will be shut down sooner rather than later. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE. -James Safety: UNSAGE TOXIC CARBON MONOXIDE/DIOXIDE LEAK!

    This is a wonderful place to stay. Very cute and cozy. Overall this is a very nice place to stay it's like living in a little apartment. Please be aware if you have an upstairs suite there are no elevators. Upstairs is not accessible for wheelchairs. If you have any walking disabilities at all be sure to ask for a ground floor suite. The staff was wonderful and the place was clean.

    Beware: Sonesta Suites Disappointment Ahead Where do I even begin? My stay at Sonesta Suites was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made a grave mistake. The lobby was outdated, the furniture looked like it was salvaged from a garage sale, and the smell... well, let's just say it wasn't pleasant.Upon entering my room, I was greeted by stains on the carpet, torn curtains, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last millennium. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the linens looked like they had seen better days.But wait, it gets worse. The noise level was unbearable, with thin walls that made it sound like I was sharing a room with a herd of elephants. And don't even get me started on the rude / racist staffs, who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually helping guests.Overall, my experience at Sonesta Suites was a complete and utter disaster. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

    I checked in to the hotel today 2/1/24. At 3:00pm. I rented this room for a month $1,703 I paid an advance. When I got to the room I opened the door there was a very strong smell of mold slash mildew slash. Body odor. I started putting my things in the room. I have a can of air freshener. I sprayed around the room. I leave for a few hours and I come back for the night at about seven o'clock. I walk back in the room The room still smells very badly. I turned the heat up Hoping that I'll dry the place up 2 smell better. I decide to go to bed. As I lay down in the bed. The sheets in bedding. Smell like dirty feet. And body odor. I start to gag. And I gave up. And I cannot stay here. I called the front desk. Spoke to a young lady Told her that I would like a refund The room is disgusting It smells awful I would like to go somewhere else Mind you I was only here three hours She told me to hold Then something else got on the phone And It started telling me there is no refunds I can have another room He had a very nasty attitude So I had a attitude back And said I would just like to leave I would like my money back He told me to leave she wants me to leave I am being tresspass I am not getting my money back. Then he called West Lake police on me. I started loading my property up in my truck West lake police arrive The man told them that I threatened him and he is afraid of me. The police told me I have to leave. This was my last money On my card They would not refund my money And he made me leave and it's thirty eight degrees out And I have nowhere to go. This hotel is disgusting. I do not recommend it to anybody. The room smells awful Dog kennels smell better. The man at the front desk told me he was the general manager. Or manager. I did not catch his name. Very nasty attitude. He tried to have me arrested because my room smells disgusting and I was gagging. This is how they treat The guest at this hotel. Look at all the bad reviews on it. Whoever the man was. Stole my seventeen hundred dollars. And kicked me out at night time in the cold weather. He needs fired from his job. It has now been 16 days since you guys stole money off my credit card. You state that it has been refunded. It is still never been refunded. Seventeen hundred three dollars and seventy five cents. So you're on Google lying stating that it has been refunded. You guys are thief.
