*If you accidentally leave something in the room, they do not turn it in to lost and found nor do they notify you. I notified them of a forgotten item the same day I checked out (called and submitted a form online) and no house keeper turned it in. I called again the next day, explained exactly where it was left in the room, and it still was not turned in. Not a trustworthy company! *Website states there is a shuttle, I asked upon arrival and was told there was no shuttle. *Bedding smelled musty. There were pieces of old shredded cheese on the desk/dresser when we arrived. *Location was decent if you dont mind a train late at night on one side and freeway on the other. The room was not worse than a 3 star (at least 3.5 maybe 4).

The rooms are clean and well kept. Could use some updating in the bathrooms. The bed is comfortable and slept well. The front desk they were very nice and welcoming. Helpful when needed too. The bistro was ok in a pinch but severely overpriced. The food was not worth the price, but luckily the area has many good restaurants. This is our old stomping grounds and our now hotel of choice when driving through. Rooms: Clean and comfortable Safety: Very safe

Highly recommended. Worth the price. Amazing location, great locations and things to do in this area. Former Bay Village resident, stayed over 2x over two subsequent weekends. Rooms: Rooms may be small but they are nice. Plenty of plugs, comfy beds and pullouts. Great jacuzzi, nice pool, decent workout room

Last minute trip to visit family. Was able to secure a room, but it was more expensive than the listed price. Rooms: Desk, dresser was pretty beat up. The tub was stained horribly. Patio is filthy, and the screen door is broken. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Food & drinks: Incredibly expensive.
