I had a major issue with My Die Hard Battery that was dying at half the cold cranking amps needed these guy's NOT alone took care of Me. But, they also replaced the Battery that I orginally bought in Texas. I am here visiting Familia & had car problems. They expedited the services & also rushed an additional piece needed to complete the installation. A GM part which was hard to find & not a usual replacement part. Robert was Most Helpful & Professional with his demeanor and follow-through too. I dropped my the vehicle off on a Sunday b4 closing time & they immediately tried to get my going, but the part issue came up. So they took another day, but it was worth the wait. The whole staff was friendly & the lead mechanic was very informative and gave me tips too. I'm extremely Happy with the prompt responses & excellent customer service. Thank's Guy's..... I had another service required & these gentleman took excellent care of me once again. Michael was my Technician this time around but Jeff was "Johnny on the Spot" too. Kendall was most pleasant & accommodating with his professionalism plus Robert again. These guy's Rock & they deserve your attention & business

Disappointing Experience at Firestone Westerville - 777 S State St I recently visited Firestone at 777 S State St in Westerville to have a new tire installed. While the tire replacement service itself was satisfactory, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, despite having my vehicle in their care for the tire replacement, they failed to check the pressure on my other tires. Consequently, shortly after leaving the service center, my tire pressure light illuminated, indicating an oversight on their part. Additionally, I requested the exchange of a signal light during my visit, which they assured me would be taken care of. Unfortunately, upon inspection after leaving the facility, I discovered that this task had been overlooked as well. Considering the availability of multiple Firestone locations in the area, I cannot recommend the Westerville branch based on my experience. The lack of attention to detail and failure to fulfill requested services have left me dissatisfied and reluctant to return. Overall, while the tire replacement service was completed, the subsequent oversights and unfulfilled requests detracted significantly from the overall customer experience. I advise others to explore alternative Firestone locations for their automotive needs in order to avoid similar disappointments.

Firestone employees were considerate and patient, completely supportive and finished the installation of four tires, balance and alignment check in a very reasonable timeframe. Thank you!
